Here are some strategies to help balance hormones:

Eat a balanced diet

A healthy diet that includes a variety of nutrients is essential for hormone balance. Focus on consuming whole foods, including fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, healthy fats, and whole grains. Avoid processed foods, sugary snacks, and excessive caffeine.

Manage stress

Chronic stress can disrupt hormone balance. Practice stress-management techniques such as meditation, deep breathing exercises, yoga, or engaging in hobbies and activities that help you relax and unwind.

Exercise regularly
